CSOL’S vision is to see this powerful and life affirming methodology of learning spread worldwide throughout all walks of life including industry, commerce, government, social care, and community and personal development. This will create a wave of self empowerment and released potential that may overcome the rising tide of personal and social apathy, and reinvigorate the passion and vision for, and personal commitment to excellence.

To spread the experience and knowledge of self-organised learning through the establishment of the college of self-organised learning global network.

Social responsibility

The college of self-organised learning (csol) has been established on the priniciples of a social enterprise. Its ambition is to facilitate the distribution of knowledge, experience and wealth through the communities in which it practises.

Csol aims to build a real and effective community of self-organised learners across the commercial and social sectors enabling all those who desire to benefit from sol to be able to do so irrespective of financial ability or social status.
